THE COMPANY

This events agency delivers an array of live and virtual events for global clients. Their broad portfolio includes live international residential and non-residential events including conferences, roadshows, product launches, exhibitions, business meetings, hospitality and incentives for numbers ranging from 20 – 2000 pax. With internal teams including creative they specialise in delivering events across a variety of sectors with clients across the tech and financial services space to name a few.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Event Manager to come on board and work across a range of events across the year! Responsibilities are broad and include:

•          End to end event management

•          Supporting with costings for proposals

•          Supporting with ideation through the inputting of ideas for content and creative

•          Full logistics including travel and accommodation booking

•          Supplier management including F&B

•          Working closely with internal teams

•          Budget management and cost tracking

•          Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an agency environment and must have experience of managing their own events end to end, including managing full logistics and budgets! Supplier and DMC liaison is key, as it the ability to managing multiple projects concurrently. Any exposure to delivering events internationally would be preferred  but is not essential for the role.
