We're seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the education sector payroll operations with a payroll bureau environment. This pivotal role involves managing end-to-end payroll services for educational institutions while helping to shape and enhance the service offerings to meet the specific needs of this specialised sector.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead education-focused payroll projects and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership on integration of new technologies and enhanced reporting capabilities.
  • Oversee team output, ensuring quality control before client delivery.
  • Handle complex education sector payrolls with precision and timeliness.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation affecting educational institutions.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular, clear communication.
  • Provide expert guidance on payroll matters to both clients and their staff.
  • Support educational clients with specialised reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate new PAYE scheme setups and transitions.
