Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support students' development.
- Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and any incidents.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching primary.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with special educational needs (SEN) students.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
- Creative and innovative teaching approaches.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
