Job Title: Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Bromley, BR2
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay: £22,880-£24,500 per year
Link3 is currently seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join the team in BR2, Bromley on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative activities that promote early childhood development.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment for all children.
- Work in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues to provide a supportive network.
- Ensure all safeguarding and welfare requirements are met.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 2 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or higher.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- More than 2 years of experience working with children aged 0-5 in an early years setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about child development and learning.
