**HR Technology Delivery Lead** (Contract)

Duration: 12 Months (Possibility for extension)

Role Profile

Our client, an investment banking firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Technology Delivery Lead to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering various technology projects to support the Regional Application Compliance project. As the HR Technology Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organisation remains compliant with all applicable Bank technology policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating work objectives and coordinating delivery of technology deliverables
  • Managing risks and ensuring compliance to standards
  • Providing end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables
  • Facilitating sync points across multiple organisations to enable successful delivery
  • Partnering with internal development teams and external vendors to deliver quality technology applications
  • Documenting and completing key Bank of America risk processes
  • Planning and coordinating delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitating dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables
  • Promoting and facilitating communication and collaboration across organisations to support deliverable completion
  • Gathering and providing status updates to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
  • Ensuring execution is aligned with deliverable requirements through close collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders
  • Ensuring deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Supporting resource planning for delivery and execution

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, at all levels
  • Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors, and internal technology groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Good understanding of HR processes and functions (Hire/Onboarding, Payroll, Ben admin, etc.)
  • Solid experience in process and release management
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be a self-starter
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
