Our ideal KS1 Teacher candidate will have:
- A First-Class Bachelors Degree from a leading UK University and a PGCE in Primary Education!
- Completed at least 1 year of teaching to KS1 students - ideally Y3!
- Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices!
- Patience and empathy for people who may not respond to mainstream teaching methods!
- Extracurricular hobbies like sports, art, or music that can be used to connect with students and integrate into school life! (desired, not essential!)
