Our ideal KS1 Teacher candidate will have:

A First-Class Bachelor’s Degree from a leading UK University and a PGCE in Primary Education!
Completed at least 1 year of teaching to KS1 students - ideally Y3!
Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices!
Patience and empathy for people who may not respond to mainstream teaching methods!
Extracurricular hobbies like sports, art, or music that can be used to connect with students and integrate into school life! (desired, not essential!)
