Our ideal KS1 Teacher candidate will have:

 

 

  • A First-Class Bachelor’s Degree from a leading UK University and a PGCE in Primary Education!
  • Completed at least 1 year of teaching to KS1 students - ideally Y3!
  • Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices!
  • Patience and empathy for people who may not respond to mainstream teaching methods!
  • Extracurricular hobbies like sports, art, or music that can be used to connect with students and integrate into school life! (desired, not essential!)
