Night Auditor required for a hotel located in the Bromley area.

This opportunity is offered, either on a part-time basis - to work 2 or 3 night shifts a week as a night auditor / or if you seek a 5 day week, this can be considered, which will encompass up to a further 2 late receptionist shifts (working an afternoon/evening shift) on top of the agreed nights.

Live in is available for the full-time role (5 shifts a week) in shared staff accommodation. TRANSPORT is desirable should you not require live in due to the shifts and location.

As Night Auditor, you will require previous night’s experience or similar hotel receptionist experience.

As the hotel Night Auditor, your role will involve reception duties where you will provide a welcoming, warm, friendly, hospitable, and efficient service ensuring that excellent customer service is provided at all times, to ensure a lasting impression to all guests arriving and departing from the hotel.

A sample of the duties and responsibilities for the role:

  • Provide services such as guest check in and check out
  • Generate hotel reports
  • Arranging porterage for guests if required
  • Security of the hotel building, ensuring checks are undertaken by the Night Porter throughout the night on a regular basis to ensure / comply with health and safety management
  • Ensure meeting and function room breakdown and set up for the next day’s business
  • Ensuring public areas are clean
  • Provide a food and beverage service to guests if they require out of normal service hours
  • The role will ensure guests enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep by looking after hotel safety and guest welfare at night
  • As night auditor you will be supporting the Night Manager and a team of night porters
  • You will deputise and cover night responsibilities in the absence of the Night Manager
  • Hours of work are from 22.30hr to 07.00hr (or 23.00hr to 07.30h). 10.30p.m to 7a.m. (or 11p.m. to 7.30a.m.)
  • Hours of work for additional hours of work working as a Receptionist will be for a late shift - afternoon through to the evening
