What Youll Do
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to play, learn, and grow.
- Work closely with Key Children, maintaining accurate observations and records of their development.
- Collaborate with Room Leaders to deliver exceptional early years education.
- Communicate effectively with parents through our Satchel app, meetings, and reports.
- Attend training, team meetings, and nursery events to further enrich your skills and contributions.
What Were Looking For
- A full and relevant Early Years Childcare Qualification (Level 2 or Level 3).
- Strong communication and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A passion for creating magical learning experiences and a commitment to safeguarding.
