A Day in the Life of an RMN:Join our team as an RMN, working on a 20-bedded Eating Disorder inpatient ward, with flexibility to support the drug & alcohol ward and a 9-bedded male acute ward. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering person-centred nursing care to patients with complex needs• Supporting recovery and wellbeing through evidence-based interventions• Collaborating with MDTs, including doctors, psychologists, and OTs• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records• Monitoring and managing risk while supporting patient safety

Requirements & Qualifications:• Current and valid NMC registration and PIN• Experience working in mental health and/or ED settings• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to adapt between specialist wards as required• Commitment to delivering high-quality care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This full-time contract offers 12.5-hour shifts with both day and night patterns.
