We are seeking a Head of Physics to lead the Physics department and enhance student learning at a Church of England school in Bromley.
The ideal candidate should have a good honours degree, qualified teacher status, and some leadership experience, along with a passion for teaching Physics up to KS5.
The position offers a salary on the MPS/UPS scale plus TLR 2A, reflecting the responsibilities of the role.
Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills, enthusiasm for the subject, and a commitment to professional development and co-curricular activities.

Be an excellent Teacher of Physics (must have taught Physics up to KS5);
Have a love of the subject and desire and ability to convey this to students;
Be enthusiastic, energetic and open to innovation;
Possess effective communication skills and be emotionally intelligent;
Possess effective ICT skills and be open to new uses of technology in the workplace;
Be committed to co-curricular activities including lunch time activities;
Be committed to continuing professional learning;
Have integrity, optimism and a good sense of humour;
Hold a good honours degree along with qualified teacher status;
Have some leadership experience;
