As a PMO Analyst, you will support the delivery of the organisation's strategic programme, working on a variety of large-scale IT and business change projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Support: Assist in managing the PMO function, ensuring adherence to governance standards and project frameworks.
- Project Coordination: Track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and support delivery teams.
- Data Analysis: Review and interpret project metrics to provide actionable insights and create dashboards for senior stakeholders.
- Governance Management: Support risk, action, issue, and change (RAID) processes while ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed status reports to communicate project progress and performance.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 6-12 months in a PMO or similar role, ideally within IT or business change environments.
Skills:
- Strong organisational and planning abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
