The Role.

As a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant, you will be..

  • Shortlisting high volume temporary positions.

  • Generating leads, sourcing great candidates and building your network.

  • Engaging with clients

  • Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies

  • Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs

  • Providing professional advice on the job market and manage expectations

  • Managing payroll and compliance

About You.

  • Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus, but not essential.

  • Resilient and able to multitask

  • Positive attitude and a team player

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • Focused and goal-orientated
