The Role.
As a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant, you will be..
Shortlisting high volume temporary positions.
Generating leads, sourcing great candidates and building your network.
Engaging with clients
Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies
Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs
Providing professional advice on the job market and manage expectations
Managing payroll and compliance
About You.
Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus, but not essential.
