A Corporate Agency in Bromley, Kent is seeking a motivated individual with current estate agency experience for a Monday to Friday role from 9am to 5:30pm, with no weekend work required.
Key responsibilities include attending daily meetings, managing emails, prioritizing workload, answering phone calls, sorting paperwork, and liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisors.
Candidates must be highly organized, articulate, professional, and possess patience and listening skills.
The position offers a basic salary of £27,000 with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £32,000, along with excellent training, company benefits, and career progression opportunities.
Hybrid working options are available after completing a six-month probation period.

Tasks

Attending daily Meetings with your manager and colleagues to talk through your day
Going through emails daily
Prioritising workload for the day
Answering phone calls that come through to the office
Sorting/arranging Paperwork for buyers, sellers and solicitors
Liaising with Solicitors and mortgage advisors seeing the sale transaction through to completion
