Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs? Do you have experience working with children with Autism verbal and non-verbal? If so, we have a Primary Mainstream school in Bromley with a large special needs unit that could benefit having you join the team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to students with Autism both non-verbal and verbal across KS1 and KS2 level.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Support students in developing social skills and independence.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children with Autism non-verbal and verbal.(MUST HAVE)
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the classroom.
- Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
Our client are also willing to offer Permanent Employment direct at the school after passing a successful probation period.
