We are looking for a STEM Graduate to join a secondary school in Bromley as soon as possible. This full-time, term-time position offers a competitive salary of £450-500 per week and will last until July 2025. The successful candidate will receive full training and support, alongside the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the education sector.

Role
As a STEM Graduate, you will:
  • Assist with classroom management and lesson delivery in Maths and Science
  • Work closely with senior teachers to support students' learning and development
  • Provide 1:1 tutoring to students in Maths and Science, helping them to improve their grades
  • Construct a positive learning environment and contribute to the overall student experience
  • Develop your teaching skills and gain experience in managing diverse classroom dynamics
Requirements
  • A 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM field from a top 20 UK university
  • Experience with children, particularly in a supportive or teaching role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage behaviour effectively
  • Patience, resilience, and a passion for helping students achieve their potential
