We are looking for a STEM Graduate to join a secondary school in Bromley as soon as possible. This full-time, term-time position offers a competitive salary of £450-500 per week and will last until July 2025. As a STEM Graduate, you will:
- Assist with classroom management and lesson delivery in Maths and Science
- Work closely with senior teachers to support students' learning and development
- Provide 1:1 tutoring to students in Maths and Science, helping them to improve their grades
- Construct a positive learning environment and contribute to the overall student experience
- Develop your teaching skills and gain experience in managing diverse classroom dynamics
- A 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM field from a top 20 UK university
- Experience with children, particularly in a supportive or teaching role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage behaviour effectively
- Patience, resilience, and a passion for helping students achieve their potential
