Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.
- Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of all students.
- Track pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback to both students and parents.
- Work closely with the wider school team to ensure that each child’s needs are met, both academically and pastorally.
- Promote school values and encourage students to achieve their best both inside and outside the classroom.
