Job Advert: English Lecturer - Full-Time (5 Days a Week)We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Lecturer to join our team at a well-established college in Bromley. This is a full-time position (5 days per week, 8 hours per day) with a competitive pay rate of up to £40 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality English lessons at GCSE and Functional skills.
- Support and engage students to achieve their academic potential.
- Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum requirements.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Proven experience within the education sector.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach Functional skills and GCSE English.
- A recognised teaching qualification is preferred.
- A commitment to student success and progression.
- Ability to pass a DBS check upon request.
