Salary: £90 - £130 per day

GSL Education London are looking for enthusiastic English TAs to join vibrant teams at their client secondary schools in South East London. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with students and wants to make a positive impact on their learning experience.
Responsibilities of a English TA:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of engaging English lessons.
- Support the teaching and learning of English across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students improve their English skills.
- Help maintain and organise classroom resources and materials.
- Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements of a English TA:
- Previous experience as an English TA or in a similar role.
- A degree in English or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to support students at KS3, KS4, and KS5 levels.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
