GSL Education London are for a passionate Psychology Graduate to join a dynamic team at a client secondary school in Bromley. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to gain hands-on experience and make a significant impact on students' academic and personal development.

Roles of a Psychology Graduate:

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of engaging psychology lessons.
  • Support the teaching and learning of psychology across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students understand psychological concepts.
  • Help maintain and organise classroom resources and materials.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements of a Psychology Graduate:

  • A degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Passion for psychology and education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to support students at KS3, KS4, and KS5 levels.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
