Our wonderful partner school is seeking dedicated Temporary Teaching Assistants, Greater London. The ideal candidates will assist the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education and support to students. This role involves helping with lesson preparation, managing classroom activities, and providing one-on-one assistance to students as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in lesson planning and preparation.
- Support students individually or in small groups to enhance their learning experience.
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources.
- Provide feedback to teachers on students’ progress and challenges.
- Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in education or childcare are desirable.
