An interim Senior HR Advisor is required to join our long standing client in Bromley. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing support to the Human Resources team and managing complex absence management cases and reducing short term sickness for a period of 3 months.

Description
- Handling complex absence management cases and reducing short term sickness

Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources Management or CIPD Level qualified
- Extensive experience with absence management.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
