We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Systems Support team. As 2nd Line Support, you will provide technical support to our internal employees, helping them with PC, applications, server, networking, and hardware issues. ???????

About You:

? Proven skills in technical analysis and resolving issues promptly

? Take ownership of allocated tasks and work effectively with 1st Line Support

? Ability to escalate issues to 3rd Line Support when necessary

Responsibilities:

? Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems, networking, and Active Directory

? Troubleshoot MS Office and antivirus software

? Analyse and fix requests from Head Office and Field staff, escalating issues when needed

? Configure users and build desktops/laptops

? Monitor backups, system logs, and anti-virus/anti-spam

? Provide support to 1st line and assist in project work

? Ensure prioritisation of daily workload and oversee stock allocation

Requirements:

?? Good understanding of Windows 10/11 and problem-solving skills

?? Exceptional telephone manner and experience in problem management

?? Familiarity with Helpdesk/IT Support Portal and Remote Access tools

?? Knowledge of PC hardware/software set-up, TCP/IP, and basic understanding of networks

?? Full driving licence (desirable)
