- Provide excellent first-line IT support, resolving technical issues and user requests.
- Troubleshoot problems with key systems like Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and Citrix Cloud.
- Guide and train users to improve their IT confidence and skills.
- Work with senior IT teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of support activities.
- Improve IT support processes to boost service quality and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on IT tools and suggest system enhancements.
- Strong experience in first-line IT support, preferably in a legal or professional services firm.
- Solid knowledge of hardware, networks, telephony, and domain-linked systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to learning and skill-building.
- IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft) are a plus.
- Experience in a legal firm or similar environment is beneficial.
