  • Provide excellent first-line IT support, resolving technical issues and user requests.
  • Troubleshoot problems with key systems like Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and Citrix Cloud.
  • Guide and train users to improve their IT confidence and skills.
  • Work with senior IT teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of support activities.
  • Improve IT support processes to boost service quality and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on IT tools and suggest system enhancements.
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in first-line IT support, preferably in a legal or professional services firm.
  • Solid knowledge of hardware, networks, telephony, and domain-linked systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach to learning and skill-building.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft) are a plus.
  • Experience in a legal firm or similar environment is beneficial.
