PMO Analyst - Financial Services

Hybrid Working - 2 Days PW in Bromley

Due to internal promotion, our financial savings and investments client is looking for a supremely organised and proactive PMO Analyst to be an integral part of a workstream of large and complex projects within IT & Business Change.

You will be working closely with the PMO and Delivery Manager within IT and Business Solutions teams with the running of the PMO and liaising with stakeholders all across the various business functions at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Support the implementation of programme and project management practice by monitoring and controlling specified projects in accordance with business standards and tools
  • Be involved in all aspects of support to include; governance and assurance, resource management, planning, reporting, finance management, risks, actions, issues and change management
  • Review and analyse projects data to provide management information to guide decision making
  • Preparation of presentation, status reports and dashboards

Knowledge and Experience required:

  • PMO experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills - be able to facilitate meetings with stakeholders
  • Experience of producing status reports, gathering and interpreting metrics
  • An interest in IT and Business Change
  • Strong analysis skills, ability to think 'outside the box' and innovative
  • An understanding of Project Management
