Job Description

We're hiring for a Trainee Technical Helpdesk Engineer with a leading company in the healthcare education sector. This is an excellent opportunity for exposure to leading virtualisation technology and grow with a company that invests in professional development.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting customer base with hardware and software issues. This can range from installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, part assembly & more!
  • Liasing with customers translating complex, technical terminology into concepts and phrases that are easily understandable.
  • Confidence and clear articulation when providing phone support.
  • Working with the entire team to ensure all issues are succesfully resolved and all hardware is maintained.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A BA/BSc with honours.
  • Interest in the healthcare space, sharing enthusiasm on the mission being delivered by the company.
  • Strong attention to detail is a necessity... accuracy when providing support, writing reports, documenting hardware etc.
  • Organisation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint etc. (Salesforce knowledge is beneficial).
  • Realistic ability to commute to the office 5 days a week.
  • A positive, charismatic attitude is essential.
