Due to continuing grown an established company are currently looking for a Claims Administrator to join their team. The Claims Administrator involves managing and coordinating customer claims and ensuring they are managed smoothly.
Full training will be provided
- Salary: Up to £24,000
Claims Administrator responsibilities:
- Answering calls
- Updating in-house systems
- Liaising with contractors and booking survey appointments
- Speaking with policy holders
- Dealing with customer queries and update information portals as required
- Dealing with the contracts managers’ queries
- Ordering of materials
- Updating in-house spreadsheets
- Responding to emails and correspondence
- Scheduling works
- Typing estimates
Claims Administrator skills/competencies:

- Good eye for detail
