Overview:Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Administrator to join their Treasury Operations team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in banking operations and develop a comprehensive understanding of treasury functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting and maintaining interest rates in payment systems, ensuring accurate calculations and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update interest rates in payment systems to guarantee precision in financial transactions.
  • Coordinate and execute timely interest rate updates in line with operational requirements.
  • Perform setup activities for liquidity products during lower volume periods to enhance efficiency.
  • Address and resolve queries from business partners regarding interest rate matters.
  • Support data collation for business-as-usual (BAU) activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and contribute to wider team initiatives to drive success.

Key Requirements & Skills:

  • Knowledge of GBS system desirable
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment
  • Ability to prioritize, use own initiative and be flexible
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills required
  • Able to work as part of a team both onshore and offshore
