My high-profile banking client is looking for a Loans Administrator to join their EMEA Lending Fulfilment Team situated in their Bromley office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to liaise with the client's Global team to ensure they are supporting their clienteles. Our banking client is particularly proud of their relationships they have with their clienteles and ensure they exceed both internal and external stakeholder's expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with leading and supporting front line associates with the day-to-day business operations and readiness.
  • Responsible for increasing business partner satisfaction and exceeding departmental metrics and meeting current Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage inbound inquires related to daily processing, reconciliation issues, manual outgoing wires/swifts and outbound calls to verify remittance instructions with participating banks.
  • Responsible for meeting all performance targets while mitigating Operational risk.
  • Demonstrates leadership within the division & will be responsible for development of the team in conjunction with the team manager.
  • Establish & maintain management/performance controls to highlight problems, maximize performance & develop process improvements.

Required Skills

  • Superior analytical, research and decision making skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, identify opportunities and make recommendations for solutions to improve the business
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve complex issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to multi-task as business needs dictate

Desired Skills

  • 1-2 years supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of wire processing and swift rules
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Access)
  • Knowledge of bank systems (ACBS, LoanIQ)

Location

This role requires the candidate to be on-site 5 days a week in the clients Bromley office.

Working hours

Standard working hours with some flex where required.
