Job Title: Trade Finance Administrator - (Italian speaker or German speaker)Location: BromleyAre you dedicated and detail-oriented? Are you looking for a role where you can support a dynamic trade finance team? Our client, a leading investment banking organisation, is seeking a Trade Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. Contract length of 12 months. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the investment banking industry.Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan traditional trade documents and guarantees/standby letters of credit (SBLC) documentation.
  • Respond to basic client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with monthly reporting to internal and external clients.
  • Handle general post and maintain daily trade logs.
  • Purge outdated documents and maintain organised records.

Qualifications/requirements:

  • Fluent in English & Italian or German
  • Ability to work independently in a pressurised environment.
  • Previous experience in a banking environment is advantageous.
  • Understanding of trade finance products is desirable.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
