Overview:
We are working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm to recruit a skilled and proactive Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. The department provides essential services in complex debt recovery and insolvency litigation.
Role Requirements:
- Experience: 1-4 years PQE in commercial litigation
- Expertise in insolvency litigation: Ability to represent clients such as trustees in bankruptcy and liquidators
- Litigation handling: Manage cases from initial advice through to Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings
- Non-contentious probate: Assist with grant applications and estate administration for creditors
Skills:
- Knowledge of debt recovery litigation processes and legislation
- Keen awareness of industry trends, opportunities and challenges
- Excellent communication, client engagement and problem-solving skills
