Job Opportunity: Solicitor/Associate – Dispute Resolution

Location: Bromley

Overview:

We are working with a leading regional Legal 500 law firm to recruit an experienced Solicitor/Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team. This practice prides itself on being a progressive firm that values diversity, inclusion, and the development of its people.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

  • 5+ years' PQE in general litigation, including property and land disputes, landlord & tenant matters, debt recovery, contentious probate, employment law, and contractual/consumer disputes
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment
  • Experience managing a varied caseload and providing expert legal advice to clients

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of litigation processes, procedures, and relevant legislation
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and provide clear, practical advice
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of current developments and opportunities in the legal market
