My client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Residential Property Solicitor to their dynamic team in Bromley. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, providing high-quality service to clients and ensuring seamless property transfers.Key Responsibilities
  • Handling all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions
  • Managing a diverse caseload from instruction through to post-completion
  • Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on property law matters
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor (ideally 2+ years PQE) with experience in residential property law
  • Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively
  • Proficiency with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
