- Handling all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions
- Managing a diverse caseload from instruction through to post-completion
- Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on property law matters
- Qualified Solicitor (ideally 2+ years PQE) with experience in residential property law
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively
- Proficiency with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
