Your new companyAn exciting opportunity has arisen within the Safeguarding, Practice and Provider Relations service. We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Project Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in delivering the People's Directorate Adult Social Care annual quality assurance programme and supporting the implementation of quality assurance frameworks and audit methods. Your new role

  • Implement the Quality Assurance Policy, Governance, and Framework.
  • Deliver the annual quality assurance audit programme in Adult Social Care.
  • Coordinate quality and performance monitoring activities within adult services.
  • Assist with reporting performance information and outcomes of audits.
  • Set up and carry out scheduled case file audits, practice reviews, and observations.
  • Produce high-quality reports for the senior management team.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of frontline social work practice against quality standards.
  • Collate and analyse data from quality assurance activities.
  • Identify good practice and themes for learning, practice development, and service improvement.
  • Support the Principal Social Worker in developing best practices and promoting new ways of working.
  • Facilitate training workshops and reflective learning forums.
  • Lead and undertake various projects related to quality improvement in service delivery.
  • Provide regular progress reports on Quality Assurance activities to internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Detailed knowledge of strength-based approaches, Quality Assurance mechanisms, and methods/models of Social Work intervention.
  • Effective use of MS Office applications and IT.
  • Must be a Social Work England registered Social Worker.
