Float Legal Secretary - Conveyancing

Location: South East London

Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 DOE

Premier Recruitment Group is delighted to partner with a prestigious law firm based in South East London to recruit a Float Legal Secretary. This exciting opportunity is predominantly based within the Conveyancing department, with additional responsibilities covering holidays in the Family and Litigation departments.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively across different legal disciplines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

- Providing full administrative and secretarial support to the Conveyancing team.

- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and forms.

- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.

- Assisting with holiday cover in the Family and Litigation departments.

- Handling client queries and maintaining a high standard of client care.

- Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
