- Managing claims progression to ensure all necessary documents have been obtained
- Contacting clients to request outstanding claims documentation
- Overseeing the organisation and maintenance of One-Drive filing systems
- General admin support – sorting out telephone issues, organising excel databases, answering phones (low call volume) and various other tasks
- Liaising with directors to ensure claim requirements are met
- Overseeing inbox and filing documents accordingly
- A-level of equivalent
- Legal admin experience preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years admin support experience required
- Excellent organisational skills
- The successful candidate will be highly proactive
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively
- Excellent communication skills as part of the job is client facing
- Up to £35,000 depending on experience
- 5 days in the office, 9-5:30 with a 30-minute lunch break
- Salary review after 6 months with a potential 5% uplift
