We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Banking clients. They are currently looking for a Leasing Admin Assistant to join them for an initial 12-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension or even a more permanent opportunity.

Role Overview:

This exciting opportunity sits within EMEA Leasing Operations team which consists of 15 Leasing professionals supporting the client's Leasing business in EMEA and APAC.

The team processes around 1000 new deals, around 10,000 billing events and 35,000 cash items a year. This role will predominantly focus on providing support to the Cash, Invoicing and Reconciliation team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily monitoring of the Leasing bank accounts, identifying and posting cash into the Alfa system of records and General Ledger via Manual Journal Entry.
  • Documentation processing - review and imaging
  • Recording of Deal Bookings onto internal system
  • Data entry
  • Customer service and inbox management

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving, clear and articulate individual with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Excellent IT skills including experience using Excel.

Desirable Skills:

  • Leasing experience preferable
  • Understanding/ability to speak French, German or Spanish

Location:

This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients Bromley office at least 3 days a week. You will be required to be in office 5 days a week for the first few weeks whilst training commences.

Working hours:

Standard working hours with some flex where required.
