We are currently looking for an Interim Quality Assurer (IQA) specialising in Digital Marketing to uphold our commitment to educational excellence. This role is pivotal in maintaining quality standards and fostering an environment that enhances the learner experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about continuous improvement and possess a strong background in quality assurance within the digital marketing education sector.

Day-to-day of the role of a Digital Marketing IQA:
  • Plan, develop, and monitor quality standards and practices, including IQA activities.
  • Conduct comprehensive quality audits on work-based learning programmes, IQA Distance learning, and Prince’s Trust initiatives.
  • Represent the college at both internal and external meetings as required.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement through the planning and implementation of training plans to meet staff needs.
  • Support an ethos of openness, initiative, innovation, and professionalism.
  • Recognise and value the contributions of staff members, both individually and collectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the role :
  • Recognised Internal Verifier or IQA Qualification
  • Experience working in a Further Education setting
  • Proven experience in quality assurance within the field of digital marketing education.
  • Strong understanding of work-based learning programmes and quality audit processes.
  • Ability to plan and implement effective training plans.
  • Excellent communication and representation skills for meetings and collaborative work.
  • Commitment to fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
