We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Agency IQA for Digital Marketing to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining high quality standards and achieving continuous improvements across our work-based learning programmes, including IQA Distance learning and Prince’s Trust initiatives.
Day-to-day of the role:- Maintain and enhance quality standards and practices across various learning programmes.
- Develop and monitor comprehensive learner experiences and support systems that enable learners to gain additional skills, knowledge, and opportunities in enterprise, entrepreneurship, and employability.
- Plan and implement training plans to meet staff needs, ensuring continuous improvement and support for outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Carry out extensive quality audits on work-based learning programmes.
- Represent the College at both internal and external meetings as appropriate.
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement, openness, initiative, innovation, and professionalism within the team.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within digital marketing or related fields.
- Strong understanding of work-based learning programmes and quality audit processes.
- Ability to plan and develop training and improvement strategies effectively.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering an environment of openness, initiative, and innovation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional approach.
