Our client, an award winning multi-disciplinary design, property and construction consultancy, now seek an Associate Health & Safety / CDM Consultant to join them on a full time, permanent basis in Bromley.

The Health and Safety services within the business are provided both externally and internally to the company's technical teams. The Primary focus for this role is to deliver CDM services on projects in a variety of industry sectors which include residential, commercial, education and retail just to name a few.

The most suitable Associate Health & Safety / CDM Consultant will hold a NEBOSH construction and general certificate and ideally have a membership of AaPs, IMaPS and IOSH or IIRSM.



Associate Health & Safety / CDM Consultant Position Overview

  • Deliver CDM services
  • Provide Health and Safety services to clients both within the public and private sectors.
  • Work as part of a team providing CDM services to the in-house design team on a large range of projects for public and private sector clients.
  • Undertake the role of Principal Designer as required by CDM2015
  • Attend meetings and ensure designers comply with their duties under CDM2015
  • Attend design team and value engineering workshops
  • Manage both pre and post construction information


Associate Health & Safety / CDM Consultant Position Requirements

  • Proven experience within a CDM / Health & Safety advisor role
  • Membership of AaPs, IMaPS and IOSH or IIRSM
  • Living in or close to Bromley


Associate Health & Safety / CDM Consultant Position Remuneration

  • Salary: £45k - £65k (Guide only - DOE)
  • Hybrid working: Monday to Wednesday: Office and on site, Thursday to Friday: Home working and on site.
