Job description:

The Occupational Therapy Team at London Borough of Bromley are seeking an enthusiastic and talented person to join our team.

The role will involve:

  • Occupational Therapy Assessments of clients in their own home for the required equipment and minor adaptations to maximise their independence.
  • Supporting with triage and decisions around suitability with OT, reablement, etc.
  • Moving and Handling assessments, including providing equipment, identifying reduction of care where suitable.
  • Working with the existing D2A OT to cover hospital discharge.
  • Assessing for and providing major adaptations.
