An established property consultancy is looking for an Administrator to join their small, friendly team. The Administrator role involves managing the office operations and supporting the senior management team with a range of administrative functions.

  • Salary: Up to £30,000
  • 9am - 5pm | Full time office based
  • On site parking

Administrator responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Director and senior management with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Booking flights, travel and accommodation on behalf of management
  • Monitoring the in-house email inbox, directly messages as required
  • Answering all calls, taking messages, and transferring to the relevant departments#
  • Acting as first point of contact for all new enquiries
  • Managing customer complaints and queries
  • Liaising with the maintenance team and contractors to organise works
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Performing ad hoc tasks on behalf of the Property Manager
  • Opening and distributing all post
  • Managing the company fleet (vehicles)
  • Ordering stationery and maintaining the in-house filing system
  • Liaising with Head Office, cleaners, security, and maintenance team as necessary

Administrator skills/competencies:

  • Experience within a similar role desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • IT proficiency including MS Word and Excel
