- Client Portal Updates: Keep our clients informed by updating the client portal daily.
- Job Logging: Log jobs efficiently, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. ??
- Material Management: Order materials as required to keep our projects on track.
- Appointment Booking: Schedule repair appointments with residents and clients, coordinating effectively to suit everyone's needs. ??
- Follow-Up Guru: Connect with operatives daily for updates, ensuring communication flows seamlessly.
- General Office Duties: Assist with various tasks within the organisation as required by the Senior Maintenance and Office Manager.
