Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant

Our client, a dynamic community-focused organisation, is seeking a Part-Time PA to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of the local communities project.

Salary: £13/hourWorking Days: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Hours: 9am-5:30pmEvening meetings where required (advance notice given)

Location: Working within both the Bromley and Mottingham Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minute taking
  • Printing
  • Setting up meetings
  • Ordering meting refreshments
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Processing grant applications
  • Supporting with communications, including posting on social media, proofreading newsletter copy, printing flyers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative support role, preferably within a community-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in the use of social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about making a positive impact in the community.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and in the Bromley branch as required.
