Our ideal High-Level Teaching Assistant candidate will have:

  • First-Class Degree in a related subject from a Top 20 UK University
  • Prior experience as a teaching assistant in the UK!
  • Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices!
  • An excellent academic record dating back to GCSEs!
  • Extracurricular hobbies like sports, music or languages that can be integrated into school life (not essential!)
