The Role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will work closely with our teachers to support the delivery of high-quality lessons across multiple year groups. You will be responsible for planning and delivering targeted interventions, supporting students with their individual learning needs, and assisting in the management of classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with teachers to deliver lessons and activities across a range of subjects.
Provide support for children with a variety of learning needs.
Lead small groups or one-to-one interventions to boost student progress.
Assist in maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
Support the planning and preparation of lessons to ensure all pupils achieve their best.
Help monitor and assess pupil progress in line with the National Curriculum.
Requirements:

A minimum of one years experience as a Teaching Assistant or Teacher in a UK primary school.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum.
Proven experience teaching across multiple year groups.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
A proactive and caring attitude, with a passion for supporting childrens development.
