Senior Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

A well-established Multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy with a strong reputation in the industry, are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be directly involved in managing projects ranging large cale Public Sector projects from £1 Million to £30 Million, both Pre and Post Contract. You will play an integral role in delivering high-quality projects while fostering strong relationships with clients and mentoring junior staff members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage projects ranging from £1 Million to £30 Million in both Pre and Post Contract stages.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular networking and business development activities.
Assist with submissions, proposals, and tender processes to help secure new business opportunities.
Manage and mentor junior staff, including graduates, ensuring their professional growth through training and support.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Provide guidance and leadership to ensure project teams are aligned with client expectations and project objectives.
Coordinate with other departments, consultants, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Monitor project risks and provide proactive solutions to address potential challenges.

Candidate Requirements:

MRICS, FRICS, MAPM, or CHPP accreditation.
Proven experience working as a Senior Project Manager within the construction sector, managing projects between £1 Million and £30 Million.
Strong client development experience, including business development, networking, and assisting with submissions.
Experience in managing, mentoring, and training junior staff, including graduates.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
A proactive and solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
